The mobile-first mentality is alive and well, and the outlook is rosy. Enterprises understand this and are developing mobile apps to accommodate today’s mobile device users. For these apps to have a positive impact, they must be well-designed, perform at a high rate of speed, and provide a clear and concise function to the user. Mobile apps don’t appear out of thin air, however; developing them takes some serious know-how and skills. In fact, according to a survey from Outsystems, 85 percent of companies have a mobile app backlog of between one and 20 applications, with the majority (50 percent) backlogged with 10 to 20 apps.
